Cellphire, Inc. is a biotechnology R&D company located in Rockville, Maryland.  The company was spunout of Adlyfe, Inc. to focus on its cell stabilization technology with a current emphasis on blood cell stabilization.

Executive Management

G. Michael Fitzpatrick, PhD
President, Director of Clinical R&D

Mike was hired in February 2006 to lead the company toward clinical applications of its first line of products. He comes to Cellphire from his previous position with America's Blood Centers as its Chief Operating Officer, prior to that Mike was a Colonel in the US Army and the Director of the Armed Services Blood Program Office.


Richard O. Cliff
VP, Chief Operating Officer
 

Richard was a co-founder of Adlyfe, Inc and moved to Cellphire after the Cellphire spinout to manage the business operations of the new company. He has an EMTM degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Biology from George Washington University

Walter S. Pebley, PE
Walt is the Vice President of Business and Technical Development at Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc. in Albany, Oregon

James B. Peake, MD
Jim is the former Secretary of Veterans Affairs, he is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant General and served as the Army Surgeon General, in addition he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Project Hope.
